Justin Trodahl – Owner, Founder, and Leader of the Assisted Living Management Team
Tiffin House Owner, Justin Trodahl, founded his first Tiffin House in Georgetown, Texas in 2008. He worked as a Director of Rehabilitation in several Nursing homes across the State of Texas between 1997-2005 and felt in his heart the Alzheimer’s and dementia residents in these settings were under-served. Inspired by the highly successful model his Mother had developed in Centralia Washington, Justin decided to expand the Tiffin House to Texas. He had over a decade of experience working with the elderly in his mother’s Tiffin Houses and used those ideas, coupled with his own unique experiences, to come up with the Quality of Life Program that Tiffin House uses to improve the residents’ lives. The Home setting of Tiffin House is like no other and this is evident from reading the testimonials of residents’ families. The Tiffin House difference is simply unmatched.
Justin encourages his staff members to allow residents to help with chores and it is common to see them helping fold clothes, sweeping the kitchen and doing dishes. Justin wants to add value to each resident’s life. Justin provides training for his staff on caring for Alzheimer’s and Dementia residents. He also provides the same training free of charge to families interested in learning more about the disease process. Justin is a Combat Veteran of the Iraqi War (2006-2007), where he flew AH-64 Apache helicopters during the ‘Surge’ in support of US ground forces. He began his service to our country in 1992 and Honorably retired in 2016.
Justin received his Occupational Therapy degree from the US Army Health Science Center in 1994. He then graduated from Texas A&M University in 1999 with a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a heavy emphasis on Biology and Anatomy and Physiology. In 2003 Justin received his Masters in Business from the University of Oklahoma. In 2004 Justin was working on his Masters in Occupational Therapy at TWU when called to duty with the US Army.
Lori Osborne – Residence Director Tiffin House Campus
Residence Director, Lori Osborne, is a key member of the Tiffin House team. She is a passionate leader, mentor, and devoted advocate for the Alzheimer’s population. Lori brings over 25 years of management experience to Tiffin House. She believes firmly in the Tiffin House philosophy of maintaining dignity while ensuring unsurpassed quality of life for our residents. Lori shares in Justin’s love of the residents and his desire to offer them compassionate & personalized care.
Lori loves Disneyland and goes every year. She is married to Bud Osborne and they live in Georgetown
Hortencia Torres – Quality Assurance Manager Tiffin House Campus
Hortencia is a native Texas girl born in Eagle Pass Texas.
She graduated from High School in 1984 and moved to Georgetown in 1985. Hortencia has two wonderful children Anabelle and Ernesto and 3 Grandchildren.
Mrs. Torres has been a CNA since 1987 and was a supervisor for the Georgetown ISD for 12 years before retiring to take care of her mother.
In February 2011 Hortencia came to Tiffin House to visit a resident that had moved to Tiffin House from another facility where she was working and she fell in love with Tiffin House and never left. She is the Assistant Manager and she is the campus leader of all Nursing Assistants. Hortencia ensures our staff maintains the highest level of professionalism and quality of care.

Uyen Beach, BSN, RN – Director of Nursing
A Dean’s List graduate from the University of Washington, Uyen has been a registered nurse for 18 years, with experience in the fields of pediatrics, medical triage, and general internal medicine. Uyen graduated from the UW in 2000 with a BSN in Nursing and a BS in Zoology. Since Jan 2016, Uyen has worked hard to expand her knowledge of gerontology, dementia and Alzheimer’s. The loving philosophy of Tiffin House is unparalleled. Uyen is humbled to be a part of this extraordinary Tiffin family. Our residents and their families have become like family to her as well. Uyen lives in Round Rock with her husband, Chris, and their two children: Alanna (16) and Gabriel (13). They are active members of St. John Vianney Catholic Church, where Uyen is a part of a ministry that crochets caps for oncology patients of all ages. In her spare time, Uyen enjoys being a chauffeur for her kids, reading, cooking, and dancing to 80’s music. Uyen’s daughter, Alanna, plans to attend Texas A&M University after high school.
Uyen’s gift to ease the minds of those struggling with dementia and their loved ones is special beyond words. We feel privileged to have her heading our nursing team.
Aimee Duplechin Crump, BSN, RN – Nurse
Aimee hails from Baton Rouge, LA. She attended the University of South Alabama on an Army ROTC Nursing Scholarship. She was commissioned as a 2nd LT into the Army Nurse Corps in December of 2000. Aimee was stationed at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center from 2001-2005, Carl R. Darnall Medical Center at Ft. Hood from 2005-2006 on Active Duty, and until 2010 as a civilian. She served in the Texas Army National Guard from 2006-2014, ending her military career as the Deputy State Surgeon and Chief Nurse of the TXARNG. After her military career, she began working with Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities that receive Medicaid waiver services through Texas. She loves working with our residents at Tiffin!
Aimee resides in Georgetown with her daughters, Caitlin,16, and Alex, 13, and their Boston Terrier, Krissy.
Nancy Meyer – Activity Director
Nancy was born in Georgetown, and raised in Cedar Park Texas. She is a proud 5th generation Texan!
When Nancy’s parents began having health issues she became a full-time caregiver to both her mother and father. She understands the toll it can take on a family and how difficult decisions about your loved one’s healthcare can be on a family. She wishes Tiffin House would have been open when she needed help with her own parents’ care. Nancy joined the Tiffin House Team in 2010 as the Activities Director. She believed in the Tiffin House philosophy and desired to help others going through the same journey. She has flourished in this role, providing exceptional care to the Tiffin House residents.
Nancy’s passion for the residents is inspiring and ensures each of them receives nothing but the best care. You can always find her spending time with each of her Tiffin House residents offering an activity they would enjoy. You might also see her out with Tiffin House residents, taking in the beautiful sights and eats that Georgetown has to offer.
Lindsay Forster – Assistant Director of Operations
Lindsay was born and raised in Albany Oregon and over the last two years since moving south she has turned into a proud Texan.
After Graduating high school in 2008 she entered the world of commercial banking. Over the course of her six years in banking she honed her leadership and problem-solving skills. During this time, she also gained a sincere appreciation for serving the local community.
In 2015 Lindsay decided to embark on a new life adventure. She packed all her belongings and headed south to Texas. She was interested in learning more about Alzheimer’s and she knew this was her chance to serve. Her desire was to join an organization that provided nothing but the best care, one she could be proud to call her home, and she found that at Tiffin House. Lindsay has grown every day in her new role in the Tiffin House family, displaying a love and passion for the residents and their families beyond compare.
Lindsay enjoys taking yearly trips to the Greatest Place on Earth (Disneyland if you didn’t know) and she believes that all things are better with mouse ears and coffee.
Tasha Pool – Assistant Manager
Tasha was born in Bryan-College Station. After graduating high school in 1991 she began working for Sanderson Farms as Assistant to the Manager. She stayed with Sanderson Farms for 11 years before taking positions as a Loss Prevention Manager at Sears for three years and as a Private Caregiver for 5 years.
In 2011 Tasha began working for Tiffin House as a Resident Aide. She was an exceptional worker and leader so in 2015 she was promoted to Assistant Manager. Her love for the residents and leadership of the Tiffin House staff are the embodiment of the Tiffin House mission.
Tasha is a mother of 3 children and a grandmother of 6 grandchildren. She is a Youth Advisory Board member of the Youth Department at the Endtime Evangelistic Pentecostal Church.
She loves her role in caring for those in need at Tiffin House and feels each resident is family. She believes in the Tiffin House philosophy and inspires all those that she leads.
Kerry Larkin, BSN, RN – Nurse
Kerry earned her BSN from Loyola University in Chicago, IL. She brings over 35 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting. She has served as a bedside nurse, a Core Measure nurse, and a Society of Thoracic Surgeons database manager in the Quality Department. After observing Tiffin House’s comforting, home-like setting, and its very high standard of care, she knew this would be the place to build personal relationships with the residents while serving them as part of the nursing team.
Kerry lives with her husband in their home, surrounded by trees and wildlife. Whenever she gets the chance, she loves walking on the beach, swimming, and enjoying nature. Kerry gets back to Hawaii, where she lived for ten years, as often as she can, to swim with the sea turtles. She’ll take South Padre Island in a pinch, though. Her grown daughter visits frequently, and their whole family loves to relax together – going for walks, watching movies, or playing games.
